Path of Daylight Hair Salon

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Path of Daylight Hair Salon by Jao-Wen Shao Path of Daylight is a hair salon interior located in Taichung City, Taiwan. Forest paths form the central concept of the design. Black hardware outlines abstract lines that suggest a cabin in the woods. White pebbles and green plants are placed along the hallway. Glass and mirrors reflect daylight and create changing light and shadow. The space is divided into a public area with a reservation counter and three private salon rooms, named urban gentlemen, socialites and modern metropolis. Cold tones and soft light pink tones are applied to the rooms.
