Architecture, Building and Structure Design D525 Barcelona Office Building by sanzpont [arquitectura] D525 Barcelona is an office building created through the sustainable renovation of an existing structure from the 1970s. The project covers 7,000 square meters and holds ten levels of offices and networking areas. The main facade combines large windows with photocatalytic Krion three-dimensional modules that help purify the air. Photovoltaic louvers on the south facade give shade in warm months and generate clean energy. A roof garden planted with low-consumption native species adds insulation and improves the local microclimate.
