The application places a page for part time workers and a page for store owners in one system. Part time workers can calculate hourly wages, check contracts and review bank account details. Individual and group chats support requests for shift replacements and urgent scheduling. A chatbot explains relevant laws and procedures when an unfair situation occurs. The design was developed from surveys and promotes courtesy, responsibility and respect at work.
