Yamaki Zushi Restaurant

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Yamaki Zushi Restaurant by DRAWIN DESIGN STUDIO Yamaki Zushi is a Japanese restaurant interior located in Taiwan. The facade is formed from metal panels shaped like Japanese wooden weatherboards, giving a rough and vintage appearance. Inside, a dark grey Karesenzui landscape, a fish pond and an atrium bring daylight and nature into the space. Two dining areas are provided: an open counter with twelve seats around the cooking station, and private boxes. Cypress, teak, unpainted wood, rock-imitated materials and Baizou, a material recycled from volcanic ash, reduce moisture and cooking odours.
