Architecture, Building and Structure Design Wenzhou Vanke Center Commerce and Office Building by FENG CHENG Wenzhou Vanke Center is a commercial and office building in Lucheng District, Wenzhou, China. The design applies the idea of a Shan-shui city, bringing traditional Chinese elements such as bamboo, hills, streams and paths into a modern structure. Ceramic plates, aluminium sheets and printed glass form the facade, with a lighting waterfall, stone-shaped steps and aluminium bamboo forms. A waterfront square and large steps link the shops to nearby parks, and trees on the east side reduce noise. A running track on the top floor offers space for exercise and rest.
