Dance of Light Residential Apartment

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Dance of Light Residential Apartment by Ching Hsiang Peng The Dance of Light is a residential interior for a two story home with a six meter tall space. A floating staircase fixed to the wall stands in front of large windows, reducing the volumes that block movement and forming an open square layout. Hanging timber steps and a glass railing let daylight filter through, while a section of glass flooring guides light to the second floor. The area under the staircase serves as a rest and play space. Integrating the bathroom and kitchen wall removes awkward corners and enlarges the usable area.
