One Villa Residence

Architecture, Building and Structure Design One Villa Residence by SIA DESIGN One Villa is a residence located in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, China. A symmetrical layout, simple lines and a Chinese-style spatial order recall traditional Jiangnan architecture. The slightly curved roof is a modern interpretation of traditional roofs. Metal roof panels, blue walls, dark grey tiles and bronze-colored metal grilles form the outer surfaces. The plan has three layers, a front gateway, a middle transitional space with a corridor and water feature, and a back courtyard with a viewing loft. The design offers a calm and secluded living environment.
