Interior Space and Exhibition Design Childhood Residential by Yi-Ling Syu Childhood is a residential interior design for a family home in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The project combines two adjacent households into one apartment with four bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. Italian handmade terrazzo and other stone materials shape the main facades, while wooden furniture and decorations create a vintage atmosphere. The back wall of the entryway carries solid wooden supports that store and display bicycles. Cabinets are placed away from natural light, and low units reduce the risk of injury for the three children and the dog living in the home.
