Hospitality, Recreation, Travel and Tourism Design Luoyue Resort Hotel by Gao Hui Luoyue is a resort hotel interior design located on Hailing Island. The lobby and restaurant spaces draw on local fisherman culture and coastal scenery. Wavy imitation wood grain film covers surfaces and recalls the form of sea water. Wave shaped transparent resin lamps light the lobby ceiling. Materials such as plastic rattan, handmade brick, flexible stone and marble were tested for resistance to the humid and salty air. Check-in desks are arranged in several groups to reduce congestion during peak arrival periods. The project covers 3000 square meters.
