Shiyi Office

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Shiyi Office by Yannan Zhang Shiyi is an office interior design created for a design studio in Wenzhou, China. The original layout was simplified, and interspersed blocks outline the space and add contrast to the walls. Stone, wood and metal give simple colors and primitive textures. The interior is 5.38 meters high, so the volume was divided into two floors. A Y-shaped staircase with two separate paths avoids an existing beam and leads to two different areas. A suspended tea room on the second floor is carried by a steel frame fixed to the ceiling.
