Owndays Interior Design

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Owndays Interior Design by Chen Wei Chun Owndays is a residential interior design for an old apartment in Taipei, Taiwan. The home covers about 82 square meters and holds one living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a laundry balcony. The design is inspired by the exoskeleton of a rhinoceros. Protruding shapes on the main facade are reduced, which improves safety for children. Large areas of artificial leather and wall covering are divided by titanium-plated metal lines. Doors and separate functions are hidden along these dividing lines, so each space reads as a complete surface.
