The design connects traditional Chinese architecture with modern living. Pitched roofs follow the gentle line proportions of traditional houses, while projecting cornices appear light and generous. Courtyards are placed between flexible interior spaces, and an outer wall defines the boundary and protects privacy. Dark grey diamond-shaped tiles, aluminium mouldings, stone and floor-to-ceiling windows give the buildings a transparent and refined appearance.
