WWI Trail Map Book

Print and Published Media Design WWI Trail Map Book by Martino Spreafico WWI Cultural Trail is a guide book with a folding map for a mountain trail in the Italian Alps. The book has 94 pages and measures 185 by 235 millimeters. A paper fold in the last page holds a map at a scale of 1 to 25000, which opens to 700 by 700 millimeters. The eight stages of the trail are described with details of length, elevation and time. Old photographs, poems and short texts recall the First World War in the same mountains. A dark green palette and typewriter style fonts suggest the period. Hikers can carry only the lighter map on the route.
