Tangshan Guomaofu Residential Demonstration
U.P.Space Landscape Design
Landscape Planning and Garden Design Tangshan Guomaofu Residential Demonstration by U.P.Space Landscape Design Guomaofu is a landscape design for a residential development in Tangshan, Hebei, China. The project covers 7650 square meters, of which 5050 square meters are landscaped. The design draws on the imperial gardens of the Ming and Qing dynasties and on the natural gardening methods of Jiangnan gardens. A central axis paved with white marble is lined with two rows of trees set in pools of water. Winding paths follow the water, and outdoor tables and chairs are placed at the waterside for residents to rest. The path home is arranged in five spatial levels.
