Butai Shelf

Furniture Design Butai Shelf by Misaki Kiyuna Butai is a shelf designed for homes with small floor plans and limited storage space. The width of Butai can be adjusted freely. Assembly needs no metal fittings, because five shelf boards and fourteen T-shaped steel parts are simply stacked. The T-shaped parts can be placed in any number, position and angle, so each owner can form a personal pattern. Magnets hold photos and posters on the steel surfaces, and the surface can also serve as a magazine rack. Butai is open on all sides and can act as a partition without making a small room feel cramped.
