Eataly Ginza Restaurant

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Eataly Ginza Restaurant by Daisuke Takamiya Eataly Ginza is a restaurant, market and cafe interior located on the sixth floor of Ginza Six, a commercial facility in Ginza, Tokyo. The design follows the concept of Eataly Garden. The total floor area of 1000 square meters is arranged as a group of small stores, with street lamp style lighting, plantings and benches. Horizontal partitions are kept to a minimum and the ceiling is left exposed, while changes in flooring define the zones. A central bar recalls an Italian town square. The garden layout invites visitors to enter with ease and to stay comfortably.
