Interior Space and Exhibition Design Taikan Fast Sushi Restaurant by Dimitri Lociks Taikan Fast Sushi is a Japanese restaurant interior covering 350 square meters. The design offers a practical, modern and welcoming dining experience. The same prefabricated covering is applied to the floor, walls and ceiling, recreating the look of a space made entirely of wood. The single material choice reduced cost and shortened construction time. LED profiles embedded in the wall and ceiling cross the space in lines that recall chopsticks. A large buffet counter and several service points support fast service. Tables are spaced for comfort and seat 183 people.
