Urban Patio Office Space

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Urban Patio Office Space by Kevin Hsieh Urban Patio is an office interior located on a narrow site in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Two square volumes are inserted to break the long narrow layout and to enclose a central atrium that preserves the existing trees. Circular skylights in the roof bring in daylight and views, so the space changes with the seasons. The office screen is made of glass with a waterfall texture. The atrium floor and walls are made of stable, waterproof and recyclable plastic wood. The plan of 400 square meters holds work areas, meeting rooms, a patio and a lounge.
