River View Residential Building

Architecture, Building and Structure Design River View Residential Building by Integrare Engenharia e Arquitetura River View is a residential building located in Porto Belo, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The tower has 28 floors, a total height of 91.98 meters and 72 residential units, with four apartments per floor. The design combines Art Deco geometry with a contemporary facade of glass and a monochromatic palette harmonized with the texture of exposed bricks. The apartment layouts follow the studio and loft concepts of New York City. Concrete, glass, exposed bricks and LED lighting are used. Two recreation areas are placed on the fifth floor and on the rooftop.
