Fun Factory Standardized Comedy Space

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Fun Factory Standardized Comedy Space by Junpeng Shaw Fun Factory is a stand-up comedy theater in Nanjing, China. The total area is 300 square meters, including about 150 square meters of performance space and about 70 square meters of retail and event space. The plan is divided into an inner area that holds the stage and an outer area used before admission. The design reduces the distance between performers and the audience in physical, visual and acoustic terms. Bricks, cement and wall cloth form simple surfaces, while light and shadow guide the movement of visitors.
