Architecture, Building and Structure Design Atma Apartment Building by Rodrigo Kirck Atma is an apartment building designed for a coastal site in Itapema, Brazil. The building rises 19 floors to a height of 65 meters and contains 39 seasonal apartments within 6,919.19 square meters of built area. The structure is made of reinforced concrete, while the facade combines parametric panels with high technology frames and finishes. A triangular plan creates a prismatic volume that appears to change when seen from different angles. Flexible unit layouts allow each resident to adapt the interior space to personal needs.
