Blockazo Chocolate Bar for Sharing

Guillermo Dufranc

Food, Beverage and Culinary Arts Design Blockazo Chocolate Bar for Sharing by Guillermo Dufranc Blockazo is a one kilogram chocolate bar designed for sharing. The large bar is broken into big chunks before eating, so that several people can serve themselves. The design takes inspiration from the construction industry and from concrete, because the bar is like a building that must be demolished before it can be consumed. The surface is divided into rhomboid shapes that guide the breaking. The bar is made of chocolate with peanuts. The packaging is made of a flexible mix of polypropylene and polyethylene.
