Furniture Design 2182 Vessel Speculative Vase by Xiangzhi Zhao 2182 Vessel is a ceramic wine glass designed to hold premium champagne. The form refers to four historic drinking vessels: the Patera, the Kylix, the Tazza cup and the champagne coupe. A wide opening allows the aroma to spread quickly. Drinking takes place in two stages. The shallow upper part holds the first portion and supports the sense of smell. The narrow middle section slows oxidation, so the wine in the deeper lower part keeps its taste. The glass measures 50 mm in width, 50 mm in depth and 140 mm in height.
