Greenwich Residential

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Greenwich Residential by CHEN SHENG-YUAN Greenwich is a residential interior design for a small apartment in Taiwan. A mezzanine increases the usable area within the limited footprint. Glass and iron elements bring sunlight into every corner. Slender steel handrails and a staircase walkway divide the areas while keeping visual openness. The design recalls the iron staircases of Manhattan, where the owner once lived. The main materials are particle board, mineral water-based paint and stone plastic composite flooring, selected for low formaldehyde and low volatility.
