Miorita House

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Miorita House by Alexandru Zingaliuc Miorita is a three storey residential building located in Chisinau. The ground level holds commercial spaces, while the two upper levels host three apartment units. An underground parking area is placed below the building. Each level has a different polygonal shape, which gives the building a stacked and rotated appearance. The facade combines dark ceramic granite tiles with bright warm timber cladding on a ventilated system. Sharp angles and cantilevered terraces create a dynamic form within the urban setting.
