Calm Black Residence

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Calm Black Residence by Yuan Qi Lu Calm Black is a residential interior design for a 99 square meter home with three rooms in New Taipei City. Black, grey and white form the base tones, combined with concrete, iron, titanium plated metal, marble and cultured stone. The original enclosed kitchen was opened and a bar counter links the kitchen with the living room, dining area and study. A raised floor, a low quartz stone wall, a concrete wall and an arch structure above the dining table divide the public area without blocking it. Curved ceiling lines soften the exposed beams.
