Interior Space and Exhibition Design Mountain Court Apartment Design and Construction by Ian Hau - XLMS Limited Mountain Court Apartment is a residential interior design for a family of four in Homantin, Hong Kong. The original 1985 layout had two bedrooms; the new plan provides three bedrooms and ample storage. An open kitchen supports entertaining and can be enclosed during cooking. A double curve cove ceiling softens the lighting and eases the low ceiling height inherited from the building. Stone flooring at the perimeter mirrors the ceiling to define the living and dining areas. A custom dining table uses an imported material called Forresso, matched to the display shelf backing.
