Landscape Planning and Garden Design Landscape Design for Shaoxing Hotel by U A D Shaoxing Hotel Landscape is a garden design created for a hotel at the foot of Fushan Mountain in Shaoxing, China. The design follows the concept of green mountains and clear water, and connects the site with the local culture and the surrounding scenery. The landscape unfolds around three courtyards, named Qingbai, Ningcui and Tingyu, which express the themes of mountain, water and rain. Water, stones and bonsai form a scene like a three-dimensional scroll painting in front of the lobby. Existing trees are kept, and framed views link the courtyards with the distant mountain.
