Shuiboli Private Residence

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Shuiboli Private Residence by Huang Yu Shuiboli is the interior design of a private residence in Huizhou, China, with an area of 570 square meters. A sculptural staircase is inserted into the space, optimizing the layout and the circulation route while creating a visual focus. The double-height stairwell avoids an oppressive feeling and provides a sense of open, breathing space. Wood veneer, marble and micro cement add a tactile quality to the interior. A large French window brings in daylight and frames the outdoor landscape. Soft furniture pieces create a calm and cozy atmosphere, and art installations complete the setting.
