The Incubator Commercial

Interior Space and Exhibition Design The Incubator Commercial by Nikki, LK Ho The Incubator is a co-working space for start-up technology companies. The interior is planned for vitality, connectivity and flexibility, and it balances shared areas with privacy. The office has two parts: informal collaboration spaces, and individual offices and meeting rooms. Several independent functional areas can be combined into one large gathering space for communal events. Glass compartments keep the interior open and well lit. Materials with low light reflectivity, matt surfaces and anti-fingerprint finishes ease maintenance.
