Interior Space and Exhibition Design Remembrances in Light Funeral Home by You Ruei Lin Remembrances in Light is a two-story funeral home built next to a traditional crematorium. Funeral cubicles are arranged in a rectangular configuration, opening the front and rear views to the outside. The interior follows contemporary aesthetics rather than traditional Chinese styles. Light is used as a medium to symbolize the rebirth of life. A dark gray metal grille and floor-to-ceiling glass form the facade. The foyer combines a white marble floor with white arc walls and hidden lighting, creating a bright and solemn reception area.
