Interior Space and Exhibition Design Haocailou Resturant by SIG Design Haocailou is a restaurant interior design that presents the culture of Shunde. In Shunde culture, Haocai means good luck, festivity and rich color. The project uses many lanterns, traditional colors and layered materials to create a lively atmosphere. The phoenix, a symbol of good fortune and a local nickname for Shunde, is the main theme. Yellow stairs, with handrails that act as supporting beams, lead to a bar topped by a double-layer phoenix boat that also holds wine. Private rooms on the third floor recall traditional fish lanterns.
