Tianqingli Residential Townhouse

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Tianqingli Residential Townhouse by Shen Likun Tianqingli Residential is a housing cluster located on the north side of the Shangtang River in Hangzhou, China. The design applies Song-style architecture through a simple modern language, keeping traditional forms readable. Thirty-two households are arranged on a site of 17900 square metres. Multiple courtyards and lanes link the homes to the surrounding hills and water, balancing openness with privacy. A curtain wall system combining aluminium alloy and wood supports the traditional appearance while controlling cost and construction time.
