Architecture, Building and Structure Design Garden 8 Commercial by Hany Saad Garden 8 is a community shopping mall in New Cairo, Egypt. The complex combines retail, dining and entertainment areas with a landscaped zone of 7000 square metres. The building has four floors, including underground parking, and three main external access gates. Steel columns support the structure, while the facade uses double glazed curtain walls, high pressure laminate, aluminium cladding and a golden mesh. Marble flooring and walnut wood strips define the entrance. Outdoor courts give the dining areas privacy and a direct link to the landscape.
