Interior Space and Exhibition Design Meat Festival Restaurant by Chang Ming Hu Meat Festival is the interior design of a Japanese yakiniku family restaurant in Taipei. The 224 square meter space is inspired by traditional Japanese festivals. Fireworks, goldfish fishing, street vendor stalls and children's games are reinterpreted as design elements. Large flags, light boxes, arch structures and the color red create a festive mood. Seating is arranged in the manner of small stalls, and translucent patterned glass divides the upper part of each area. Mesh screens and reflective materials keep the space lively while protecting the privacy of diners.
