The design covers a built area of 34,500 square meters and includes every element, from the masterplan to the light pendants. Wooden structures allow a cleaner and faster construction. Natural materials such as stone, sticks and fibers are used throughout. The buildings are low and visually permeable, so the architectural lines do not break the horizon. Spaces are arranged from private to public, and open air areas connect interior and exterior. The architecture stays quiet so that nature remains the main focus.
