Gin and Chuan Restaurant

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Gin and Chuan Restaurant by Chen Zilong Gin and Chuan is a restaurant interior design located in the center of East Hongqiao, Shanghai, China. The project covers an area of 2,000 square meters and includes ten private dining rooms, with seating for 200 people. The design combines a modern Swiss international style with the ceramic art of Jingdezhen. Custom ceramic pieces are made by hand in Jingdezhen and fired at 1400 degrees, so each piece is unique. The interior refers to Bashu culture and Sichuan cuisine, and joins this food tradition with whisky. The design was completed in 2022.
