The forms and patterns follow Chinese furniture traditions, while the cool brown copper adds a modern character to the simple and solid shapes. The decorative pattern is inspired by overlapping roof tiles. The chair form refers to the Chinese Ming style armchair. A brown leather cushion makes the seat more comfortable. The copper parts are cut, carved, bent, welded and polished, and the plate edges are wrapped in metal tube that forms the main connecting structure. Tiles suits studies and living rooms.
