MCC Shengshi International Plaza Multifunctional Building

Architecture, Building and Structure Design MCC Shengshi International Plaza Multifunctional Building by Aedas MCC Shengshi International Plaza is a mixed-use building complex in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. The complex stands on Hengqin Island, close to the Lotus Bridge that links to Cotai, Macau. The development contains two high-rise office towers, a retail podium, a rooftop garden and a pool. The streamlined form is inspired by the cruising movement of the dragon fish. The facade design refers to wind waves and uses wave-shaped aluminium plates that provide shade and support energy saving. Green roofs improve insulation and reduce heat gain on the top floor.
