Meta, Strategic and Service Design Milcotech Multifunctional Sale System by IECC of Nile University Milcotech is a point of sale system for milk collection centres. Milcotech records milk quality analysis and traceability from the small farmer to the food processor. Farmers and collectors are identified by RFID cards, and each delivery is weighed, tested and logged. The system stores transaction, quantity and quality data, which supports farmer relationship management, extension services and access to finance. The housing is made of carbon steel and aluminium in three modules that can be rearranged on a desktop.
