Sandy Beach Residential House

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Sandy Beach Residential House by Yuan Yu Sandy Beach is the interior design of a beach villa in Qingdao, China. The home covers 450 square meters across two floors and a basement, and serves a family of four as a second residence for vacation and leisure. Functional areas are kept open rather than strictly divided, which creates a large and relaxed spatial scale. The main materials are wood flooring, slate and latex paint. Terrazzo brick in black with white particles is laid on the lower level. Large French windows bring daylight into the basement.
