TNK-50N Waste Concrete Reprocessing

Heavy Machinery Design TNK-50N Waste Concrete Reprocessing by Yong Zhang TNK-50N is a large engineering vehicle designed to reprocess waste concrete into permeable bricks. The vehicle is built from separate modules for crushing, collection and reprocessing. Waste concrete is collected, crushed, screened and cleared of impurities in the front unit, then moved to the rear unit, where additives are mixed in and the material is pressed and cured in a permeable brick mold. Carbon fiber and recycled plastics keep the weight low while adding strength. Driverless technology guides the working process, and additives can be refilled by hand through a side interface.
