The office occupies a loft with an eight meter ceiling height on Zhongshan North Road. The design follows the Japanese Wabi-Sabi aesthetic, which finds beauty in imperfection. A theater catwalk outlines the vertical space, carries air conditioning, ventilation and lighting pipelines, and forms a safe platform for maintenance. A symmetrical hexagonal layout allows flexible furniture and a free address system without fixed seats. Soundproof booths provide privacy and reduce noise.
