Kaizen Campus Office Building

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Kaizen Campus Office Building by Aspa Kst Ltd Kaizen Campus is an office building located in Athens, Greece. The design focuses on aesthetics, environmental impact and user experience. All interior spaces benefit from natural light and air flow, and the three floors are connected through interior circulation and exterior ramps. An inner courtyard serves as the social and functional heart of the complex, holding entrances, resting areas and vertical circulation. The facade provides shading and filters noise, while repeated vertical louvers accentuate the elliptical shape of the building.
