Holding Light Residential House

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Holding Light Residential House by Yu-Wen Chiu (Vita) Holding Light is the interior design of a renovated apartment in Taipei, Taiwan. The home covers 320 square meters and contains six bedrooms, a living room and a dining room. The social area is placed at the center, while the children's room and the master bedroom are set at opposite ends. Walls were removed and floor to ceiling windows were added to bring daylight into every corner. Ceiling heights and wall colors mark the boundaries between areas. Materials include warm wood veneer, leather panels, glass, thin tiles and solid wood flooring laid in a herringbone pattern.
