Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Taishun Creative Design Competition Event Visual Communication by Ying Gao Taishun Design Competition is a visual identity created for a cultural and creative design competition held in Taishun County. The design is inspired by Dingbu, a stone stepping bridge that local people use to cross the many rivers of the area. Several sets of extended three-dimensional lines form the composition and carry visual symbols of Taishun, such as mountains, bridges and dragon dances. A gradient from green to white reflects the colors of the city. The identity presents a modern image of Taishun and aims to attract students and designers.
