Interior Space and Exhibition Design Field Ode Restaurant by Dado Interior Design Field Ode is the interior design of a hotpot restaurant in Tainan City, Taiwan. The multi-level space covers about 212 square meters and is arranged in the manner of a modern art gallery. Three elements guide the design: sunlight, air and water. Daylight enters through double-sided windows, plant spheres represent air, and titanium coated ripple panels suggest an underwater dining scene. Wave-like canopies of folded perforated panels shape the second floor. Eco-friendly materials create a calm grayscale ambiance.
