Architecture, Building and Structure Design Skyline Bay Community Center by FTA Group Skyline Bay is a community center built in Chengdu, China. The building has a construction area of 920 square meters and a two-story double-height layout that forms a semi-enclosed space with partitions but no full separation. The facade is clad in silver-white aluminum plate and champagne gold perforated aluminum plate, shaped into flowing curves that recall butterfly wings. Curved lines continue inside, creating quiet corners for reflection. The design draws on the nearby Shaxi waterway and wetland park and follows a waterfront island concept.
