Architecture, Building and Structure Design Collective Ground Residential Complex by Yiying Tang Collective Ground is a residential complex designed for a housing community in Senri New Town, Osaka, Japan. Rentable spaces are introduced within both public areas and individual units. The ground floor holds commercial spaces for rent, with curved landscapes and pocket parks for residents and visitors. The second to fourth floors contain rented offices, amenity spaces and units with independent rooms, while the fifth to ninth floors hold typical units. Load-bearing concrete and glass curtains create a column-free commercial level, and steel supports the upper floors.
