Packaging Design Sheletsee Cushion Cosmetic Packaging by Sheletsee Sheletsee Cushion is a packaging design created for a cushion make-up series. The design draws on the smooth texture and gentle lustre of silk satin. Three flowing lines on the glossy top cover recall fluttering silk and suggest a silky finish on the skin. The top cover is made with aluminium anodizing, while the base is produced by injection moulding and sandblasting to create a contrasting texture. The flat oval shape fits the hand and opens to 120 degrees for relaxed holding. The outer box uses a traditional fabric applique technique.
